Prizes at The Upcoming Realtor Open House Event

We are preparing feverishly for the upcoming Realtor Open House, and looking forward to droves of realtors dropping in to join in our excitement of brand new facilities.

We have a brand new Green Screen studio, and we hope to break the "saran-wrap" on it, and have some serious fun!

There will be Beer and Wine tasting and yes, for those who will drive like mad, we will have some virgin refreshments as well.

Food? Choice hors d'oeuvres from a local catering firm, are promised to be amazing culinary delights.

But that is only where the fun begins, as there will be prizes in different areas of the complex, so as you walk around, you'll have plenty of opportunities to win.

Larry Anderson was excited to tell us all about the prizes, and we'll just hint at the best of...a Week in Whistler, and an HD Flip Camcorder!

Surrey Central Is Undergoing a Renaissance

Surrey's central dowtown core has been already largely revitalized by recent construction, but according to recent announcements, we haven't seen anything yet, as further development has been announced, ushering a new renaissance for local community.

As Mayor Dianne Watts and Concord Pacific president and CEO Terry Hui are already planning what the next step for the downtown revitalization will be, viewing Surrey as a major source of development, most real estate experts already engage in speculation regarding the local real estate.

Surrey's City Centre is the next nexus, perceived by Concord Pacific as a central point of development due to quick highway access to Downtown Vancouver, New Westminster and Burnaby, while on the other hand, allowing same proximity to the greater Fraser Valley.

This is one of the reasons why Sutton Premier is positioned in such a central fashion: our realtors can access Downtown Vancouver in a 15 minute ride or by SkyTrain, and in the same time, can reach Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and Langley. It is perfectly positioned to give agents the largest geographic coverage of Metro Vancouver as well as Fraser Valley.

To start the things off, Concord Pacific is already underway building a 698-suite residential tower in the area. On June 16 th, the ceremonial pour of concrete has begun a process that many expect will grow to substantial proportions, developing a multi-million dollar skyline of the area.

Concord Pacific has previously developed Expo 86, changing the face of the False Creek in Vancouver. Now, it seems, all eyes are on the Surrey skyline..

Open House to Remember...With Moon Carvings

Our Sutton Premier Realtor Open House is shaping up to be not only delicious, but memorable - Moon Masterpieces Carvings will be presenting a special creation for Sutton Premier - our own special OPEN HOUSE sign.

< That, by the way, is a carved watermelon!

Moon Carvings team have been a prominent fixture on the Food Network, and have been a fan favorite at party circuits.

These temporary fruit and vegetable sculptures require amazing craftsmanship and an artist's eye. We will make sure to report live from the event via our Twitter account - and we promise to take a lot of photos!

About the Food...

The food for the upcoming Sutton Premier Open House (June 23rd, 3:00 - 7:00 pm) will be provided by none other than our local Candlelight Cuisine, and it is said to be more than delicious!

Our event planners have been working their tails off to get this party off the ground, and impress our guest realtors, and it was decided Candlelight Cuisine was our best bet to do that.

Known for their incredible wedding banquets, as well as delicate appetizers, usually some kind of delicious finger foods wrapped in generous, yet irresistable filo pastry, prawns that will knock your socks off, or those creamy brioche paired with baked brie...I cannot wait to see what they've readied for our guests!!!

It will be delicious AND memorable.

On upcoming Wednesday, June 23rd from 3:00 - 7:00 pm we have a very special OPEN HOUSE event taking place at Sutton Premier Surrey.

We are showing off our new facilities, and our brand new Green Screen Studio, and we have a lot in store for realtors who wish to learn more about Sutton Premier Realty, and our unique position in real estate marketplace.
